GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS AND TREATMENTS
These general terms and conditions apply to all events and treatments organized and carried out by Time to Be. Henk Raaimakers and/or fellow therapists.

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

  1. Participant: the human who participates.
  2. Organization: Time to Be. Henk Raaimakers and possibly a fellow herapist announced prior to the trip or treatment
  3. Event and treatments: any event and treatment offered by Time to Be. Such as: individual and group retreats/travels, treatments, trips as described in the trip/retreat.
  4. Damages: all claims, damages and costs in any way related to or arising from the assignment.

ARTICLE 2: THE AGREEMENT

  1. The General Terms and Conditions apply to all activities organized during an event and treatment.
  2. The moment the participant registers for an event and treatment, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and to payment of the amount due for the relevant event or treatment.
  3.  Participation in the event or treatment organized by the organization is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
  4. If in doubt, before participating in an event or treatment in connection with physical complaints. Contact your treating doctor and/or the organization in advance.

ARTICLE 3: PARTICIPATION

  1. A Participant can participate in the event after he/she has registered in advance with the Organization and has paid the costs as agreed or otherwise agreed with the Organization. You can register by email info@timetobe.eu or via the registration form on the website.
  2. A place for the event is only guaranteed for the Participant after the Organization has sent an email confirming participation to the Participant.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

  1. After registration for an event via email or website, the costs must be paid no later than 7 days before the start into account IBAN: NL 65INGB00007215941 or GR1801102580000025801010106 stating: name and relevant dates of the event. Or else agreed.
  2. The Organization provides a clear overview of what is included in the event.

ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

  1. Cancellation of participation in the event can be done by email to info@timetobe.eu and is valid after confirmation of cancellation from the Organization. In the event of cancellation of participation, the following applies:
  2. Up to 14 days before the start: there are no costs involved.
  3. 13 – 7 days before start: 50%.                                       
  4. Shorter than 7 days: 100%.
  5. If the Participant cannot participate in the event on site, for whatever reason, the costs already paid will not be refunded.
  6. If the Participant is unable to attend the event booked by him or her, substitution is permitted, but only after consultation with the Organization and provided that the details of the replacement participant have been communicated to the Organization no later than 1 day before the start. by mail.
  7. Participation in the program during the event is on a voluntary basis. Participants are free to opt out of the offered program. Canceling participation in the program does not entitle the Participant to a (partial) refund of the costs already paid nor a right to a replacement lesson or activity.
  8. Participants can take out (continuous) travel and/or cancellation insurance with an insurer to cover unforeseen costs of cancellation. Check the cancellation conditions of your insurance.

ARTICLE 6: CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY ORGANIZATION

  1. The Organization reserves the right to cancel an event if there are justified reasons, including illness of the therapist or force majeure (such as the (new) outbreak of a pandemic or tightened Corona measures). In the event of the above, the costs already paid by the Participant will be fully transferred to a subsequent event or refunded by the Organization.
  2. The Organization reserves the freedom to change the General Terms and Conditions at any time.
  3. The Organization is not obliged to fulfill any obligations if they are prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure (a circumstance that is not due to fault, and is not their responsibility under the law, a legal act or generally accepted views). ). An example of force majeure is weather conditions. For example, in bad weather conditions, a planned outdoor activity may not take place. In this case, the Organization will offer a replacement activity if desired.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY AND RISK ACCEPTANCE

  1. The Organization undertakes to carry out the event to the best of its knowledge and ability.
  2. The Organization is in no way liable or responsible for damage, unfulfilled expectations and/or loss of property of the participant on location, nor for any form of physical injury during the event or treatment. Participant takes part in the event, treatment at his own risk and will not make any claim against the Organization for any damages.
  3. By participating in the event or treatment, the Participant expressly agrees to the above.

ARTICLE 8: PRIVACY

  1. The registration of personal data is treated strictly confidential and not passed on to third parties.

ARTICLE 9: APPLICABILITY AND DISPUTES

  1. These conditions apply to all agreements with the Organization regarding participation in events or advice in the broadest sense of the word.
  2. Deviations from this agreement are only binding if confirmed in writing by the Organization.
  3. Disputes arising from the agreements to which these General Terms and Conditions apply will be submitted to the competent court in the place or vicinity of the Organization’s establishment, except for appeal.
